As BMG’s insurance broking business has grown the business has made a point of ensuring that we have all the support required to provide the necessary administration and technical assistance that delivers a seamless service.

Because we feel our ‘back office’ team is as every bit as important as the rest of the business we would like to give you the chance to meet a few of them here:

Lee Jenkins
Assistant Director and Technical Manager

Lee has nearly 20 years experience within the Lloyd's Market, beginning his career at Windsor Insurance Brokers as an Office Junior working within the Sports Insurance Department before quickly progressing to the more technical aspects required. A move to Cullis Raggett proved to be a good learning ground for all technical aspects of insurance and it was from that Lee moved into bloodstock, initially at Crawley Warren starting a period that now totals in excess of 12 years in this particular niche market.

Dominika Wojtyczka
Technical Administrator

Joined BMG in 2007. Dominika was born in Poland and has studied at both the University of Vienna and Jagiellonian University in Krakow where she achieved a Masters Degree in International Relationships. Dominika is a native polish speaker, speaks fluent English and German at a business level, and is currently working her way successfully through her Chartered Insurance Institute Examinations.
